Accommodation Elephant House - Addo

Elephant House is situated in the Sundays
River Valley, only 8km away from Addo Elephant Park. The Elephant
House is set on a beautiful racehorse stud
farm. It is a rambling colonial farmhouse with thatched roofs, and deep
verandas filled with comfortable sofas, Persian Rugs and a private art
collection, built around courtyards and lush garden.

The décor at Elephant House evokes moorish,
colonial & African images and is furnished with the owners'
private collection of antiques, Persian rugs and Afrikana art. The 7 spacious bedrooms open onto courtyards & private verandahs.
Facilities in the rooms include air-conditioning and heaters, extra long
king sized beds, telephones and dial up internet access, mini bars and
tea and coffee making facilities as well as 24 hour room service.
In
addition to the main house there are 2 cottages (The Stable Cottages)
which are on the same property, but separate from The Elephant House. They
are decorated in the same style as Elephant House, and are also fully air
conditioned and heated, the principal difference being that the bathroom
only has a shower, there is also a stocked mini bar and coffee/tea making
facilities. These are great value for people with young families!
